Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is processed through the Shopify checkout by our payment providers. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect device and browser information and the pages you visit.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, provide tracking, handle returns and customer support, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you when you order or contact us, automatically from your device when you browse the site through cookies and similar technologies, and from the service providers that help us operate the store.
How we share information
We share information with the categories of recipients that help us operate: Shopify (our store and checkout platform), payment processors, carriers and fulfillment providers that deliver your order, technology providers, professional advisers, and fraud-prevention providers. We may also share information with public authorities where required by law, and in connection with a legitimate business transfer such as a merger or sale of the business.
Shopify processing
Our store and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your order and payment information according to its own privacy practices, in addition to this policy.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and event reporting. The events reported include PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, and InitiateCheckout. Meta may receive device and browser information, page and event data, Shopify product identifiers, and the value and currency of the items involved. This site's own code does not report purchase events; purchase reporting, where applicable, is handled by Shopify's official Facebook & Instagram integration. This processing is subject to your consent and the privacy controls available to you under applicable law and in your Meta account settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email us — we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights are subject to limits under applicable law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain accounts, provide support, meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. Retention periods vary by category of information and by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our checkout is secured by Shopify. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Where the law provides, a parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a child's information.
International transfers
Because we use international service providers, including Shopify and Meta, and serve customers outside Israel, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we rely on lawful safeguards for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
