Returns

Unused items can be returned within 30 days, measured from the delivery date of your order.

Email lmoshik@gmail.com first — before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions, including where to send the item.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, report it to lmoshik@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused. Bags that have been through a wash cycle cannot be returned.
