Terms of Service

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the checkout or content.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, availability, and prices accurately. Minor differences in how images and colors appear can result from your device settings. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, our refund and cancellation policy and applicable law apply. Always follow your shoe manufacturer's care label before machine washing — the care label gets the final say on whether a shoe may be machine washed.

Orders are placed through our Shopify checkout. An order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an unsupported delivery address. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment taken for it is refunded.

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and similar charges are handled as required by law. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and its payment providers, and their terms may apply to your payment.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and cancellations by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

The Kickswell name, site content, and imagery are ours. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by mandatory applicable law.

We rely on third-party services to operate, including Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, and Meta (advertising measurement). Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or protection that applies to you by law and cannot be limited by contract. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and forums that apply to you in your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; changes apply prospectively from posting.
